Human consumption of plastic is destructive, particularly within the oceans - having damaging consequences to both animals and ecosystems. This is a statement piece of fashion that explores the idea of recycling single use plastic bags to produce a 100% sustainable garment. Although this will not greatly limit the amount of plastic that is leaked into our oceans daily, I hope that it will raise awareness and make people more conscious of their wasting.
