My exhibition piece is a scale model of my interpretation of a 1970s living room. In my brief I initially wrote about how I wanted to focus on fun colours and shapes so I had to find a way of bringing these things together into a physical piece made from the images in my mind. For a while I was unsure of how I would execute this but then it became clear to me that I should focus on the things I enjoy and so I ended up leaning towards interior design but also keeping it mixed with my specialism of furniture and product design.
